Funeral services for Lillian Faye (Woodall) Slavin, 83, of Owasso, OK, were held Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at Nowata United Methodist Church in Nowata, OK. Reverend Dean Sharp, Reverend Jeffrey Rickman and Steven Adams officiated, and burial was in Nowata Memorial Park Cemetery in Nowata, OK. Casket bearers were Grant Weygandt, Reggie Weygandt, Dustin Weygandt, Michael Zoltak, Joshua Bruce and Micah Moore. Honorary Casket bearers were Danny Nunn, Rob Hageman, Steven Adams and David Woodall.

Lillian was born November 23, 1937, in Oneonta, AL to Lewis Floyd and Lois Camilla (Peoples) Woodall. She passed away July 12, 2021, in Owasso, OK.

Lillian was married to her first husband, Donald Dean McGorder for 20 years until his passing. She later remarried and was married to Gerald Anthony Slavin for 20 years until his passing. Lillian was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great caretaker of her family. She was a dance instructor for Arthur Murry Dance Studio, a machinist for McDonnell Douglas and a manager for the Elks Lodge. Lillian was a Christian and never lost her faith in Jesus or her family. Christmas was her favorite holiday and she always decorated with plenty of lights and often made the front pages of several local newspapers for her yard Christmas decorations. Lillian loved to laugh, play the piano and pick the guitar. Most of all, Lillian loved to be with her family.

She is survived by her children, Danny Nunn, Virginia Ann “Jeannie” Leigh and husband, John, Dorinda Bruce and husband, Kenton, Janet Denice Weygandt and husband, Reggie, and Susan Anita Zoltak; step-children, Shaun Slavin, Eric Slavin, and Michelle Slavin; grandchildren, Donald Nunn, Jessica Nunn, Beverly Hageman, Steven Adams, Ashley Bruce, Joshua Bruce, Shandi Salamanca, Loree Sagely, Dustin Weygandt, Grant Weygandt, Reggie Weygandt, Michael Zoltak; 21 great-grandchildren; sister, Juanita Grooms; brother, David Woodall; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Donald Dean McGorder and Gerald Anthony Slavin brothers, Howard Woodall and John Woodall; and Patsy Oboyle; parents, Lewis and Lois Woodall; grandson, Eric Barbee; and two great-grandchildren.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
