Tré Leon Yahola

Memorial services for Tré Leon “Savage” Yahola, 28, of Tulsa, OK, were held Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Jeremy Ford officiated. Honorary Casket bearers were Bennie “Show Out” Driver, Trevor “White Chocolate” Bias, Tonee “Tum Tum” Pete, Austin “Iceman” Foster, Colby “Crucial” Daniels, Jacob “Purple Reign” Battiest, and Donnie “Triple D” Bias.

Tré was born July 2, 1993, in Tahlequah, OK, to Johnny Ray, Sr., and Wendy Sue (Brimer) Yahola. He passed away June 3, 2022, in Tulsa, OK.

Tré loved spending time with his two children and enjoyed laughing and socializing with loved ones, hanging out with brothers, and teasing and tormenting his little sister. Everyone says that Tré always gave the best hugs. He enjoyed cookouts, going to the lake, tattoos, car races, and sports, especially basketball and football, the Philadelphia Eagles and soccer. He also loved all genres of music. Tré was very proud of his Creek Nation heritage. 

He is survived by his wife, Lani Lutu; daughter, Jasmine Yahola; son, Timothy Morris; parents, Johnny, Sr., and Wendy Yahola; dad, Chris Stevens; sisters, Brittney Stevens, and Tina Yahola; brothers, Johnny Yahola, Jr., and David Yahola; aunts, Coty Grigsby, Tonya “Aunt Bone” Harvey, and Carol Townsend; uncles, Benjamin Cartwright, Don Lane, Dylan Annex, Jonathan Moon, Brandon Stevens, and Floyd McCombs; grandmas, Anita Stevens, and Vickie Whitlock; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Clyde Cartwright, Sr.; grandma, Barbara Thompson; grandma, Emma Hudson; peepaw, Freddie Leon Brimer; meemaw, Barbara Goff; and uncles, Clyde Cartwright, Jr., Timothy Bowes, and Leon Brimer, Jr.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
