Roy "Rick" Cohea, Jr.

Memorial services for Roy “Rick” Cohea, Jr., 61, of Tulsa, were held Sunday, December 18, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Mr. Phillip Johnson officiated.

Roy, lovingly known by many as Rick, was born January 2, 1955 in Tulsa, OK to Roy Lee Cohea, Sr. and Nina Mae (Hendryx) Peak. He passed away December 10, 2016 in Tulsa, OK.

Rick worked for his uncle, Dean at the North Tulsa Landfill and also worked as a security guard for many years. He had a strong Christian faith. Rick attended Rhema Bible College and graduated in 2003. He enjoyed going fishing and playing cards and loved goofing off and wrestling with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Judy; children, John, George, Jason and Sandra; grandchildren, Jacob, Katelyn, John Tyler, Matthew, Maci, Karina, Gabriel, Daniel, Isac and Makayla; great-grandson, Oliver; brothers, Lynn, Gary, Wayne, Billy, Keith, Tommy and Ronnie; sister, Vicky; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Nina Peak; father, Roy Cohea, Sr.; and mother and father-in-law, Nancy and Robert Wilkinson.
