Funeral services for Richard Douglas “Rick” Branham, 53, of Skiatook, OK, were held Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at Skiatook First Assembly of God in Skiatook, OK. Pastor Eddie McElhannon officiated, and burial was in Osage Gardens Cemetery in Skiatook, OK. Casket bearers were Chantz Branham, Hunter Branham, Chris Cryder, Alan Branham, Nick Branham, Savanna Branham, Gary Douthit, Tyler Branham, Westin Cryder, and Colin Cryder. Honorary Casket bearers were Tracy Branham, John Hobson, and Tyler Hobson.

Rick was born July 10, 1970, in Tulsa, OK, to Tracy Alan Branham and Victoria Ann (Whitecotton) Folsom. He passed away April 3, 2024, in Skiatook, OK.

Rick was a skilled craftsman and carpenter, and owner of Affordable Home and Business Repair. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Rick was a dearly loved husband and father, and a well-respected father and family figure, who treated everyone with the same love and always helped anyone in need, whether it was friends or family. He was always the “big brother” his brothers and sisters looked up to. Rick loved to go hunting with his brother and sons. They have followed in his footsteps through the woods and life for their whole lives.

He is survived by his sons, Chantz Branham and Lauren Driskell of Skiatook, and Hunter Branham of Skiatook; father, Tracy Branham and wife, Tonja; brother, Chris Cryder and wife, Sally of Skiatook; sister, Laura Hobson and husband, John of Broken Arrow; brother, Alan Branham and wife Casey of Vera, brother, Nick Branham of Skiatook; sister, Savanna Branham of Skiatook; brother, Gary Douthit of Sperry; grandfather, William Dickson of Skiatook; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lori Branham; mother, Victoria Folsom; and dad, Roger Cryder.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
