Raquel Estela (Ramirez) Brand, 68, of Sperry, OK, was born July 31, 1956, in Chihuahua, Mexico, to Serapio Trevino Ramirez and Martha (Ordonez) Ramirez. She passed away May 11, 2025, in Sperry, OK.

Raquel cleaned houses for many years. She was known for being the best tamale cook in town. She was also a very talented artist when it came to gourd crafting and always had a different art project going on. She loved flowers and working in the garden. Raquel was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Skiatook. Raquel never met a stranger and had many friends all over the world.

She is survived by her husband, Eddie Brand; granddaughter, Nikeah Brown; grandson, Isaac Brand; brother, John Ramirez; sister, Martha Ramirez; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Serapio and Martha Ramirez.

Arrangements were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
