Randolph was born April 11, 1940 in Tulsa, OK to Paul Vernon and Frances Irene (Thomas) Scott. He passed away September 20, 2011 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 71.
Randolph was a draftsman by trade.
He is survived by his brother, Mike Scott; step-brother, John J. Reynolds, and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Frances Scott.
