Paul Boone Deshane

Paul Boone DeShane, 87, of Skiatook, OK was born April 10, 1935, in Sperry, OK, to Archie Neal DeShane and Lois Elizabeth (Dale) DeShane. He passed away January 14, 2023, in Tulsa, OK.

Paul attended Sperry Schools and graduated from Sperry High School in 1953. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force.  Paul worked for Martin Marietta Corporation, and went to Law School, obtaining his doctorate degree  and practiced law for several years in California. In his free time, Paul enjoyed golfing, and watching football, and basketball on television.

He is survived by his son, Dwight DeShane; brother, Archie Neal DeShane, Jr.; nephew, Archie Neal DeShane, III; cousin, Bonnie Landis; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, David DeShane; daughter, Meagan DeShane; brother, DeFoe Louis DeShane; and ex-wife, Elizabeth DeShane-Branscum.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
