Nancy Louise Cagle

Funeral services for Nancy Louise (Lewis) Cagle, 69, of Tulsa, were held Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Reverend Dianna Izquierdo officiated and burial was in Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, OK. Casket bearers were Matt Provinsal and Mike Robinson.

Nancy was born October 24, 1945 in Tulsa, OK to Dea H. and Fern (Hamblin) Lewis. She passed away April 8, 2015 in Tulsa, OK.

Nancy loved shopping, playing computer games and playing bunco with her friends and family. She was also a wonderful cook.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Lee Cagle of Tulsa; daughters, Dolly Shook and husband Tim of Tulsa, and Christle LeAnn Reynolds of Tulsa; granddaughter, Christle Bennett of Tulsa; brothers, Bobby Lewis and wife Pat of Collinsville, and Jimmy Lewis and Regina of Tulsa; sister, DeAnn Rigney and husband Winfred of Skiatook; numerous nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dea and Fern Lewis.
