Laura Lee Blevins

Funeral services for Laura Lee Blevins, 48, of Tulsa, were held Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Remnant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Sperry, OK. Elder C.H. Whiteman and High Priest Steve VanMeter officiated, and burial was in South Bethel Cemetery in Braggs, OK.

Laura was born November 18, 1970 in Tulsa, OK to Edgar Larkin and Lila Rosalie (Arnce) Blevins. She passed away January 20, 2019 in Tulsa, OK.

Laura graduated from McLain High School in 1993. She worked for Arby’s for 13 years. Laura was a member of the Remnant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Sperry. Laura was a member of the Turley Round Up Club for her entire life. She liked to dance to country music and loved to travel, especially going on cruises. She also enjoyed camping out at Greenleaf State Park in Braggs. Her favorite TV show was The Dukes of Hazzard. Laura enjoyed going to eat and to the movies, especially with he boyfriend of 27 years, Larry Witt.

She is survived by her mother, Rosalie Blevins; brothers, Michael Johnson, Fred Blevins, and Edwin Blevins; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edgar Blevins.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
