Memorial services for Keith Albert Wessel, 65, of Skiatook, OK, were held Friday, May 16, 2025, at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Phil Johnson officiated. Honorary Casket bearers were Kevin Terry, Jimmy Wessel, Phil Perkins, Brad Hindman, Sean Kellogg, Kyle Edwards, and Dave Guillette.

Keith was born on June 11, 1959, in Milford, OH, to James Albert “Jim” Wessel and Mary Susan (Pullen) Wessel. He passed away on May 2, 2025, in Skiatook. OK.

Keith was a journeyman commercial electrician at Oil Capital Electric, and worked on various projects at the BOK Center, Phillip 66, Smith Farm Market in Owasso, and both Saint Francis and St. John Hospitals. Keith loved his job and was very proud of his work. Keith loved his dog, Jackson, and tolerated Harley, the cat. He loved race cars and even owned and drove a Sprint car. He enjoyed fishing, camping, boating, going swimming and riding his Harley, as well as working in the yard, in addition to window shopping on his phone, and going to the flea markets and casinos.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Wessel; daughter, Jamie Wessel; son, Jimmy Wessel; granddaughter, Ember Wessel; father, Jim Wessel; his bestest dog, Jackson; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Wessel; and brothers, Brent Wessel and Mark Wessel.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
