Jimmy Leon Linduff

Funeral services for Jimmy Leon Linduff, 82, of Sperry, OK, were held Saturday, September 23, 2023, at Osage Oaks Church of God in Sperry. Pastor Mike Thomas officiated. Honorary Casket bearers were Jason Evans, Joe Linduff, Donnie Linduff, Bobby Linduff, Eddie Prock, Jerry Selvidge, David Sandstrom, and the men of the roundtable.

Jimmy was born September 5, 1941, in Drumright, OK to Jason “Hank” Linduff and Opal Marjorie (Davis) Krider. He passed away September 16, 2023, in Tulsa, OK.

Jimmy proudly served his country in the Marine Corps and was honorably discharged on June 6, 1968. He worked in the music industry for many years as a booking agent with Jim Halsey. He owned the Center Ring Lounge in Tulsa for years until his son, Jason was little. Jimmy spent his “retirement” working for the Town of Sperry, and for the Cherokee Nation managing ground maintenance for multiple cemeteries and common ground areas throughout the town of Sperry. He enjoyed wrestling, football, live music, golfing, and telling lies at the diner with the guys at the roundtable.

He is survived by his son, Jason Evans; brother, Joe Linduff; sister, Carolyn Hamilton; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Opal (Davis) Krider; father, Jason “Hank” Linduff; and brothers, Donnie Linduff and Bobby Linduff.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
