Family arranged memorial services for Earl Dwight Trisler, 79, of Turley, OK, were held Saturday, September 10, 2022, at Woodlake Family Church in Turley, OK. J.J. Jennings officiated. Honorary Casket bearers were Zane Trisler, Jr., Makayla Trisler, Zane Trisler, Sr., Cheyenne Trisler, and Cody Trisler.

Earl was born January 1, 1943, in Broken Arrow, OK to Urban I. and Alma Faye (Sears) Trisler. He passed away September 2, 2022, in Turley, OK.

Earl started his first job when he was 12 years old. He worked for Mr, Anderson’s Laundry delivering laundry to the customers. He $1.00 an hour. When Earl was 18, he married, and moved to Seattle, Washington to work for Boeing as a production painter, painting various manufactured parts. In 1968, Earl had a part in painting the orbital that went to the moon. He was married to Barbara for 9 years, and together they had 2 children. They divorced and Earl moved to Tulsa where he met Mamie Hinton and they were married a month later on June 7, 1971. Together, they had 3 children. He went to work for Seismograph for 3 years. Then in 1976, Earl and Mamie started their own business, Tri-Co Precision Coatings. They were in business for 7 years all while Earl was still a production painter. He went on to retire when he was 55 years old. During the 1980’s Earl and Mamie ran American Freestyle Association in both Tulsa and Oklahoma City, which was freestyle bike riding for those 6-18 years old. 

He is survived by his wife, Mamie Trisler; children, Patricia, Tina and Zane; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his children, Oscar, and Sallie Suzzan; sisters, Wanda Daniels, and Deana Crandall; brothers, Ronald Trisler and Maynard Trisler.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
