Graveside services for Bonita Rae “Bonnie” (McVicker) Gill, 75, of Sperry, were held Monday, October 16, 2017 at Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, OK. Pastor Adam Stang officiated. Casket bearers were Gary Prince, David Zwald, Robert Prince, Tyler Fulmer, Aaron Zwald and Dave Fulmer. Honorary casket bearers were Jim Gill and Jerry Gill.

Bonnie was born October 5, 1942 in Wilkinsburg, PA to Robert Leach and Elizabeth Maxine “Betty” (Cummings) McVicker. She passed away October 11, 2017 in Sperry, OK.

Bonnie was a training specialist for Blue Cross and Blue Shield and retired in 2002. She had previously worked with State Farm Insurance, Sakrete, Fredonia Elementary and also worked seasonally in meat processing. Bonnie enjoyed knitting, gardening and working word puzzles. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much. When Bonnie and Art were younger, they traveled all over the United States on various vacations. Bonnie and Art, loved their homestead and spent every day working together and enjoying their land.

She is survived by her children, Barbara Prince and husband Robert of Sperry and Beverly Zwald and husband David of Sterling, MA; step-children, Rose Walsh and husband August of Mars, PA, Tina Tebay and husband Rich Kosinski of Evans City, PA, James Gill and wife Julie of Greenville, PA, Melissa Fulmer and husband David of Franklin, PA, and Jerry Gill and wife Lori of Hermitage, PA; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Art Gill on June 29, 2017; parents, Robert and Betty McVicker; grandsons, Scott Christian Zwald and Joshua Tebay.
