Angela Elizabeth (Jackson) Johnson

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Angela Elizabeth (Jackson) Johnson, a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend.

Angela was born on December 18, 1971, in Tulsa, OK to Walter James Jackson and Linda Madge (Cartwright) Jackson. She passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026, in Sapulpa, OK, at the age of 54, after a courageous battle with cancer and other health complications.

It was an honor and privilege for her sisters, Karen and Kim to taker care of her for the last 2 years. Angela faced her illnesses with strength, courage and determination. She will be remembered for her love of OU football, her loving heart, her unique personality and the special place she held in the lives of those who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Kylah Brown and husband, Jacob of Owasso, Robert Johnson, Jr. and Kalia Justice of Tulsa, and Robin Johnson of Tulsa; stepdaughters, Tabitha Johnson of TX, Candace Johnson of Sapulpa, and Crystal Hilburn of FL; several grandchildren; siblings, Karen Nelson and husband, Chuck, of Sapulpa, Kim Endsley of Sapulpa, George Bonner of Catoosa, and Chris Barnes of Tulsa; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Johnson, Sr.; her parents, Walter and Linda Jackson; and her brother, Kevin Bonner.

Angela touched many people, and although her passing leaves a tremendous void, her memory will live on through her family and friends who loved her. She will be deeply missed.
