Robin Faith (Carter) Walden, 63, of Broken Arrow, OK was born September 20, 1958, in Cushing, OK, to Jimmy Fred and Beulah Raye (Bias) Carter. She passed away December 31, 2021, in Tulsa, OK.
Robin graduated from Cushing High School and attended Tulsa Community College for Accounting. She was married to her husband, Keith for six years. Robin loved Jesus and was a member of Home Church in Broken Arrow. Robin worked at Uponor Aldyl Co. in Tulsa for 21 years as an HR and Payroll Clerk. She most recently worked at State Farm Insurance Company for 15 years as an Injury and Property Claims Associate, where she retired in 2019. Robin loved spending time with her husband, Keith, and gardening. She made sure to call her children multiple times a day to check on them and talk to them about their day. She loved her grandchildren more than anything and enjoyed babysitting and watching them play. Robin would say her grandchildren were her heart. She loved spending evenings sitting on her back patio to enjoy the weather and listen to music.
She is survived by her husband, Keith Walden of Broken Arrow; son, Adam Carruthers, and wife, Lindsey of Broken Arrow; daughter, Kristina Garmon of Broken Arrow; stepdaughter, Amy Rodriguez and husband, Tomas of Bixby; stepsons, Nate Walden and girlfriend, Dani of Claremore, and Josh Walden and wife, Anna of Claremore; 9 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Raye Carter; and brother, Ricky Carter.
